'That is game over': Tim Scott predicts Trump's black support will rise 50% from 2016
Sen. Tim Scott believes that President Trump will see a 50% increase in his share of the black vote from 2016 and could earn as much as 15%.

The South Carolina senator cited the rise in black homeownership, criminal justice reform, and historically low black unemployment as the reasons for his optimism.
"President Trump is not just talking a good game, he is walking a good game,” Scott added.
