Senator Scott on Body Cameras: Video is Worth a Thousand Pictures
Washington – U.S. Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) testified today at a Senate hearing on body cameras, again stating his support for the technology by saying, “If a picture is worth a thousand words, then a video is worth a thousand pictures.”

Senator Scott also questioned a panel of experts, including Mr. Peter Weir, District Attorney of First Judicial District, State of Colorado; Ms. Lindsay Miller, Senior Research Associate at the Police Executive Research Forum, and Mr. Wade Henderson, President and CEO of the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights and Mr. Jarrod M.
