I hereby grant the Office of U.S. Senator Tim Scott permission to photograph or digitally capture my likeness and to use these images in news releases and other materials, including but not limited to printed publications, electronic publications, websites, social media platforms, and other electronic communications.

I understand and agree that my name and identity may be used in descriptive text or commentary accompanying these images, without compensation. All photographs, negatives, prints, and digital reproductions shall remain the sole property of the Office of U.S. Senator Tim Scott.
