U.S. Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) responded today to the Supreme Court's decision to hear a case challenging President Obama's so-called "recess" appointments to the National Labor Relations Board. The President's appointments to the NLRB have already been ruled unconstitutional by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.
